Delivery Fees
The delivery fee is charged per order. When ordering multiple products on the same order, you will only be charged one delivery fee. This delivery fee depends upon your location, and the combination of items in the order.
Each product will identify the delivery charges applicable to it for urban and rural delivery destinations.
About Delivery
Delivery timeframe is subject to service provider availability.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a track and trace number and if you've provided your mobile number to us in your order, you may receive SMS or email updates on the status of your order from NZ post.
When necessary, AECS Equipment endeavour to contact you within 2 business days of receiving your order to discuss a suitable delivery date & time, however please be aware this timeframe can be pushed out due to circumstances outside of their control.
This delivery service is drop off only, door to door, a person must be at the delivery address to accept the delivery of large items.
Orders over $200 may need a signature on delivery.
Exclusions
Unfortunately, AECS Equipment do not offer large-item shipping to the Chatham Islands, Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island and Stewart Island.
