The ATS 5004-50 BASE is an upgradable 4 channel differential/offset oscilloscope/strong>. It measures at 50 million samples per second (50MHz) per channel into a 1 Million point sample buffer. It has USB3 technology. CAN and serial data analysers on each channel, 10Mhz streaming mode (data logging).  The oscilloscope can be used stand-alone or can be coupled to for example the ATS 500XM 2-channel oscilloscope or an ATS6004 4-channel oscilloscope to create a 6 or 8 channel timed instrument.

Can be upgraded to:

• 100 million samples per second (100MHz) on each channel,
• 256 Million point sample buffer,
• sure connect and resistance measuring,
• safe ground,
• 20Mhz streaming mode.
