The SI-9002 differential probe extends the measurement power of oscilloscopes to power semiconductor circuits. Using its built in differential amplifier, the SI-9002 scales and converts the high voltage differential input to a low voltage single ended BNC output. Able to measure up to 1400v the SI-9002 ensures ATS scopes can accurately measure Hybrid and EV and mains High voltages.
