The fully upgraded ATS 5004XM-100  is a 4 channel differential/offset oscilloscope, measures at 100 million samples per second (100Mhz) on each channel into a 256 Million point sample buffer. It has scope-able resistance measuring, USB3, sure connect and safe ground. CAN and serial data analysers on each channel, 20Mhz streaming mode (data logging).  The Oscilloscope can be used stand-alone or can be coupled to for example the ATS 500XM 2 channel oscilloscope or an ATS6004 4-channel oscilloscope to create a 6 or 8 channel timed instrument.
